Summary

SEOTracker is an SEO and AEO analytics platform. We collect the minimum data needed to run audits, track rankings, and bill your account. We do not sell your data and we do not resell aggregate rank data to third parties.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, hashed password, and (for paid plans) billing information processed by our payment provider.
• Workspace data: the domains, URLs and keywords you choose to track, plus the audit findings and rank history we generate from them.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP, user agent, request paths) retained for 30 days for abuse prevention and debugging.
• Cookies: a single session cookie on authenticated pages. Marketing pages set no cookies.

What we do not collect

• We do not run third-party advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or session-replay tools.
• We do not ingest visitor data from the sites you audit.
• We do not share customer-identifying rank data with any third party.

Where data is stored

Workspace data is stored on servers we operate. We use established cloud providers for infrastructure. Backups are encrypted at rest. For self-hosted enterprise deployments, data never leaves your infrastructure.

Subprocessors

For specific functions we use a small set of subprocessors: a payment provider for billing, an email provider for transactional mail, and search-data APIs for SERP and AI-engine queries. The current list is available on request via contact.

Your rights

You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from the dashboard. Account deletion removes all associated workspace data within 30 days, except where law requires retention (for example, billing records).
