Terms of service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SEOTracker, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

SEOTracker provides SEO audits, keyword rank tracking, and AI-search (AEO) visibility tracking. The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability outside of contractual SLAs offered on enterprise plans.

3. Acceptable use

• You may only track domains you own or are explicitly authorised to audit.
• You may not use the platform to scrape, attack, or overload third-party sites.
• You may not resell raw API output without a separate written agreement.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Refunds for unused time are issued on cancellation of annual plans only, prorated. The free plan is free and may be discontinued or rate-limited at our discretion.

5. Data and ownership

You own your workspace data. We process it to operate the service. See the privacy policy for details.

6. Termination

You can cancel any time from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or breach of these terms. On termination, your workspace data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
